It’s such a gray day outside. It’s very hard to motivate one’s self at times like this.

Oh if only I had some HöbNöbs, maybe the day would be all right. I left work a bit early to come home and tend to my shoulder. Therma Care heat wraps don’t work well if all they have to stick to is your skin.
