On the way in this morning, I saw a flier hanging in the student union for a course entitled, “Backyard Boat Building.” The flier was helpfully illustrated by a man standing in the wooden frame of a boat under construction in what did appear to be a backyard. The question thus pops into my head: once [...] Ray and I went to see Watchmen on Sunday. Apparently I’ve been living under a rock, because I wasn’t quite prepared to see Dr. Manhattan’s Big Blue Dong on the screen. I didn’t realize until afterward that the full frontal nudity has been burning up the InterWebz. All I’m going to say is this: [...] Actually, the term was “reveals that he’s gay,” but honestly, except for that housewife in Omaha who was just convinced “he hadn’t found the right girl yet,” is there anyone for whom this is actually a revelation? Not enough material for a “real” post, so in brief: * Construction continues on the house, but we’re coming down the home stretch and will hopefully arrive somewhere soon.
