A blanket thanks to everyone who commented or messaged or Facebooked or Twittered (Tweeted? Twitted?) the past couple of days. Ray is doing OK — he’s still not entirely sure what to do with himself all day long, but that’s probably to be expected. On the flip side, he’s giving serious thought to going to school [...] The other day whilst trying to set up an appointment to discuss a project with our associate chair, she mentioned casually that she couldn’t meet one afternoon because she was supposed to be on Wisconsin Public Radio. “Really? Why?” Well, the interview is now [...] I’m back! I missed a month last month — it was very upsetting for me, but it couldn’t be helped. Let’s launch right in, shall we? 8:06 am: Mopey Mocha Y’know, you’d think that it would make Mocha happy when I stay home from work, but it just seems to confuse and depress her… 8:37 am: Smile Pretty for [...] I’ll admit it: I didn’t vote yesterday. It’s an off-year, and down here in Texas we only had 11 constitutional amendments to approve. Not surprisingly, they were all approved.
